Scottish VanillaTablet

The latest things I've been doing is eating this glorious Scottish confection. It is hardish at first, then, once it enters your mouth it becomes soft and melty and buttery and lovely. I bought some two weeks ago after being introduced by Jonathan and forgot about it until today. Now half of it is gone and I am sure I have had more calories in the last hour than the rest of the day. Go ahead, make it and let me know how it you like it.
